Eastern Rugby Champs

Members of the victorious Eastern Rugby team came to show the Bell Shield  they won in the Far North Rugby finals. They beat Ngati Kuri, Aupori, Awanui, Motukohu, Nga Raroa, Te Rawera and Kaitaia in the finals to take home the gold. Tohi the captain spoke to the school about the history of the shield and answered questions from our students. Our boys performed a haka and the school sang waiata to acknowledge their appreciation of Eastern coming to our school.
